About Me

Zahan Mistry is the son of the late Cyrus Mistry, the former chairman of Tata Sons, the holding company of the Tata conglomerate. He inherited part of his family's 18.4% stake in Tata Sons after his father died in a car crash in 2022. His uncle Shapoor Mistry is chairman of the family's Mumbai construction giant, Shapoorji Pallonji Group. To reduce debt, the group plans to raise an estimated $850 million by listing privately held construction and engineering firm Afcons Infrastructure.
