Wu Xiangdong is founder and chairman of liquor maker ZJLD Group, best known for its colorless spirits (baijiu) in China. The company's Hong Kong IPO in 2023 valued it at $4.5 billion. Wu also chairs Vats, a liquor store chain in China. Vats is headquartered in Beijing and listed at the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2019. Wu also started Jinliufu, a well-known baijiu brand in the country, more than 20 years ago.
