Yandex divested its Russia-based business and delisted its shares from the Moscow stock exchange in 2024. Yandex was renamed Nebius Group; it now trades on the Nasdaq and builds and operates AI data centers. Ivanov is one of the largest individual shareholders of Nebius; its shares more than quadrupled in its first year of trading. Nebius has been able to finance its AI data center business model with $2.8 billion in cash from the Yandex split.
