About Me

Sergei Gordeev is an investor in startups including Hyperloop One, a U.S. highspeed-travel startup. In 2022 Gordeev resigned as CEO of PIK SZ, the biggest Russian real estate developer where he has about 60% shares. In 1995, he founded Rosbuilding, which bought shares of different plants. He bought a 20% stake in home builder PIK from billionaire Suleiman Kerimov in 2013, and eventually became the controlling shareholder. He made his fortune buying up shares of industrial companies in Moscow and then turning factories into office complexes.
