About Me

Third generation scion Rajeev Gulati runs Delhi-based spice manufacturer MDH, which makes a range of Indian spices, including curry powders. Gulati became chairman after the death of his father Dharampal Gulati, who was the face of brand appearing on all the packs and in TV commercials. MDH has a factory in Sharjah to supply to the Middle Eastern market. The business was founded by Gulati's grandfather in 1919 as Mahashian Di Hatti, a Punjabi phrase that translates into gentleman's shop.
