About Me

Kathy Britton runs Houston-based homebuilder Perry Homes. Her father, Bob Perry (d. 2013), founded the company in 1967 and built it into one of Texas' biggest builders. She took over as CEO in 2013 and expanded Perry Homes in places like Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth and Florida. She's now executive chair of the $2.4 billion (sales) business, which has built more than 65,000 homes across more than 120 communities.
