About Me

David Fong is the managing director and co-chairman of Hip Shing Hong Group, one of Hong Kong's largest private real estate investment companies. His late father Fong Yun Wah served as chairman of the group until 2022. His uncle is now co-chairman. The family had an early sesame-seed-processing business, which eventually gave way to property investment and Hip Shing Hong started in 1948. Today the group's businesses span across residential, commercial and hospitality. David's son Jonathan is deputy managing director of the group; younger son Vincent runs his own business in healthtech.
