About Me

Chen Ailian chairs Zhejiang Wanfeng Auto Wheel, a supplier of aluminum alloy wheels for automobiles. Chen is the wife of former billionaire Wu Liangding, who founded Wanfeng Auto Holdings Group. Its customers include BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Land Rover, GM, Ford, Volkswagen, Toyota, Honda, Nissan and Hyundai, among others. In 1994, Chen founded an aluminum wheel factory in Shaoxing, in Zhejiang province, the predecessor of Wanfeng Auto Holding Group. She led Wanfeng's acquisitions of Meridian in Canada, Paslin in the U.S. and a Canadian aircraft manufacturing project.
